[Wolc’s Heart (recipe)]

So we've never eaten deer heart, but we saved one from opening day and froze it. Would it still be good to pickle if we defrosted it? I definitely want to try it with a combination of these recipes.

I use BH 209 in my Encore and Omega with the breech plug conversion kit that uses large rifle primers. Both guns are super accurate, I use the Encore with a scope and the Omega with a peep sight.
