cleared up alot today. opened shooting lanes, topped trees that were below ridges. it was fun, and discovered new tree stand hot spots. this will be a fun week after work!

Wow, i am so excited for the start of deer season. Im dreaming about it, day dreaming about it, i just cant wait. I feel like a little kid on christmas eve...... Anyone else have this problem? Making sure im not going crazy.

i got caught in it on the st lawrence coming back on the boat from work.... wow that was wet.

i burn wood in the garage, about 10 cord per season..... wish i had wood heat for the house. i have so much wood, ill be good for quite sometime. the better half dont like it tho, shes a scaredy cat.

im thinking of purchasing a 7mm 08.... ive never used this caliber. heard good things from the local yahoos. what do you think? good price on it. its a weatherby.

anything but natural wetlands is buildable. its just stupid to spend that kind of money to get it done. id find a nice hiding spot alng a funnel nearing an exit to the soybeans. it would be perfect in a late afternoon watch. set up a cam or two and see whatcha got.
