Deutscher Jaeger

Peggy and I went mushroom picking this afternoon and it was not too long that we had plenty for for dinner. We actually picked two varieties of Bolet's, one which turns blue as soon as you cut it and one that does not. I looked it up and the one that does not turn blue, is called a "Steinpilze" in German. It was much better tasting than then ones that turn blue. So, for dinner tonight: Fresh picked wild mushrooms, 2 varieties of Boletes, Pork Roast from the grill and baked veggies.
