Called the dec and talked to an officer he said he "believes" their's no minimum length? Got to love ny dec.but I did find if its an autoloader with more than 6 shot the barrel has to less than 8".

Ill I can find is the max, says any pistol other than rimfire, longer than 16" barrel'and no longer than 8" on an autoloader.
