Just because an animal is wild and unattended to , that does not mean one has the permission of hunting for that animal. It is illegal and hunter should be punished for that. _____________________ nubian ibex hunting

I agree with the fact that if an animal is on the loose, it doesn't mean that has to be shot or it is free to shoot them.Some special permission has to be taken for that. ..................................................
