  1. Good Thinkin. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Shows how clueless you are about the state and CWD. Property owner, sick deer on video, DEC would take the deer without a word said of being out of season. So tell me you shoot a sick thin fox nosing around your house would get you a ticket? Negative !! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Well call them and report it and see what they do. They will shoot and test it in a heartbeat. That deer was here and it would be videoed and then shot and turned over to Dept of Ag. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. That bottom pic looks like a bump on the left side of his face. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Negative. He calls them tonight while that deer stands in his yard he will be dumped in a heartbeat. A thin deer and CWD will make them take action instantly. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. They will take him out and test him looking like that. We have not had EHD in Ny in a few years so that is probably out. He has something goin on. Broken jaw or some kind of face issue to hamper eating? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. DEC would thank you if you dumped that deer. Very well could be CWD. Highly doubtful it's worms as it would have the sh!ts and crap all over its tail and hocks. I would drop that thing and turn it in as a sick deer. Maybe get DEC out there to try a take it out but that could open up another can of worms. What County? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. My wife and kids just got theirs and they are unrestricted. Cant get much further North up here. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. My 9mm say's Guardian for a reason. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Not in today's world. If he would have had to shoot one of them jokers and any of them had any kind of rap sheet the shooting would have been warranted in the eyes of the law. I would guess the 3 were not sheet free. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Depends on size and numbers of other hunters. We leased once to a group of 4 and they ended up breaking up because 1 guy was on the property every day. Get all the details first Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. 99.9% of the time I have one of the pistols on me, Always have some kind of weapon in the truck, Always have the Multitool on the belt. Being outside on the land everyday makes these tools handy at times. A chance to take out Vermin or a need for a pair of pliers. Have all the bases covered. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Same thing happened here. We never lost the coon's but did everything else. Most people have never seen a real Vermin problem. When you start hearing 4 packs light up the night talking to each other from 4 corners of an area you have a problem. Your game will all but disappear. The rabbit thing is happened here this year also. They have a cycle of some kind like they die off a couple years and then explode. Sounds like you are right about a den in the area with a good number of dogs. Hence all the pics. Keep them thinned out when possible. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. You kill their hunting ( Them ) or they will soon kill yours. First you will see your small game and turkeys disappear, Then you will see no fawns with the adult does and then you will see few deer at all. The ones they don't kill will be ran off your property. Have seen this first hand a few times. Only one way to fix the problem like it or not. You like the useless Vermin do nothing, you like your time in the woods seeing other animals kill as many as you can by any means at any time. You will know when/if you have a Vermin problem by looking at the big picture and that's not just whitetails. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Just got 2 for 8M. No crash and burn for the system yet. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Yearling first 2 pics and some 2yr olds Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. New tags for this year come out on August 1st this year. Still waiting on Lifetime. Have been getting reports from DEC for about a year now. It is kinda neat getting all the stuff they do but in my case its more like the old.....Keep your friends close and you enemies closer so i keep up to date on their plans.
  18. Much easier to get to all the back pen's with the tracks in winter when feeding the Deer. Not to think of how much easier it will be to haul anything out of the woods down at camp in the late season. I have the tires also and now that they did the first install of the tracks it's as simple as taking removing lug nuts and throwing the tires on. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Little work... Lot's of Fun! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Yup, I would be all over it. I would tell them you have sole permission to hunt the land next door and would like to have more room to work the deer. Offer a fair price but only if you have it alone. If the hired hand gets to hunt it then you cant offer more than some meat. Dont bring up the part of going in to get shot deer.
  21. Thats neat and all but some boys at that age would stick their nose into a bag of Salt ad Vinegar chips... Young and dumb at times.
  22. Yeah pretty much just another product with the picture of a big antlered buck that most hunters will never see in their lifetime used as a sales pitch. Hunt The Wind!
  23. Lol. He kept them into his 3rd year also. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
