You want some survival skills? After recently doing some work down in the Emmet St area of Schenectady, I'd say your best bet would be to have a buddy drop you off down there on a Friday Night. If you make it home the SF should be a breeze for you! Just messing man, best of luck on your endeavors.

that's amazing

Yah holy shit didn't see that coming!!!!

This is one of the many problems in our society today. Some piece of shit can go rape a woman or a child and get 10 maybe 15 years and be back out on the street. Sure they are on a list but how many times do you see on the news "so and so raped by registered level whatever scumbag." You make that choice to rape someone and you get convicted, thanks for playing you should be killed PUBLICLY and PAINFULLY! So these other douchebags get the point. There are little to no consequences for these animals and they just make a mockery out of the justice system every time they repeat offend. Certain crimes I have ZERO tolerance for. As should anybody with a wife, mother, or child.

This is just another great idea by NY. Just shows how f#%*sd this state and this country are for that matter. Good game America. It was fun while it lasted

LOL!

Yes! The 16 ozs are perfect. Small enough to fit in a water bottle pocket but thicker then traditional plastic water bottles so a lot quieter.

Just had a nice doe walk just about underneath me...no doe tag here

You have some very valid points predate.. quite informative too.

I was diagnosed in middle school and the changes once on the right meds was pretty obvious. There was no arguing when my grades went up as I was able to focus on work. Now some argue that you eventually grow out if it as an adult and some don't believe it exists period. But for me anyway once we go it under control my life was a lot easier. Sorry to get off topic lol

My grandfather has taken down some great deer over his 80 yrs and he did most of them still hunting/ stalking. He always said a good way to describe how slow he would go was 3 steps and scan. Take 3 visually planned out quiet steps and then scan. And then scan again for anything that catches your eye. Put the binos up and investigate anything because that buck could be bedded anywhere just waiting for you to go by. You are going to have some good tips in response to your question. This is just my 2 cents. I'm interested to see what others have to say. Good luck! One more thing he always stressed to me was even when you aren't seeing deer. Approach every crest, ridge etc. as if you know there's deer and your trying not to spook em. It works for me to stay mentally into it as I have really bad ADHD so I get distracted rather easily

I guess in some bass ackwards way it makes sense...still seems like a bit much. But hey just look at the Un-safe act I guess NY has always had some weird laws. And i'm merely using it as a reference, don't mean to hijack.
-
Yah that's just odd that they would tell you when you had to consume it by. That seems like a bit much. What was the intended purpose of that rule?
-
That really used to be a rule, that it had to be used up before April? That is crazy....lol NY State at its finest

And in my original response, someone had said something about they're season only being in march. I was just pointing out that if that were the case, disease or no disease they would be overabundant in the outdoors. They are bad enough as it is now and the season is the better part of 6 months.
-
I hunt them too and also enjoy doing it. But I do it for different reasons. They've gotten ahold of one of my dogs in the past and killed one of my mothers dogs a while back. So in my eyes they are pieces of crap. You refer to them with what you will. In my eyes they are just little pieces of crap, smart as they may be, who run around feasting on the efforts of other animals/people. Sure I know they indeed hunt and kill their own meal but we all know that given the choice one would much rather go to town on your downed deer and/or your domesticated house pet then put in the work to get their own meal.
-
Looks great and congrats on his soon to be wall buddy!
-
Yes haven't you ever seen a yote during deer season? and took that piece of crap down? if the season was march only these things would be friggin running rampant killing everything.
-
I work outside in the brush all year and unfortunately other then picking them out your effed. They are the worst. I usually try to rub off what will come and then leave the rest and they eventually work they're way out. Hopefully someone has a better answer for you good luck.

Sorry to hear about both your guys stuff being stolen. Rest assured that these pieces of dirt always get what they have coming. The world works in mysterious ways. Years ago when I was still a kid our house was robbed while we were out having Easter dinner. And when I say robbed I mean f*^%ing robbed they took everything. Long story short we knew who did it but because of a few disagreements my father had had with local pd they wouldn't do anything. Well 6 months went by and one night on local news wouldn't you know these same assholes got caught mid burglary by the wrong guy and he beat one of them to death. And I didn't feel the least bit bad for the dickheads either
