The land is on a long term lease with a timber company. It is $14,000 OBO for the cabin and posession of the lease.

It is just over $1600 a year and yes you can post and use the land as if it is yours. We are fortunate to have the finger lakes hiking trail run straight through the land so we have access to miles of atv, hiking and cross country skiing trails.
