ive been doing research on my own for a few days now and if anything im more confused now then before lol. I would like to get into waterfowl here on long island. Its sea duck season now and am looking for where to go and give it a shot this weekend. I have a jon boat to use. wheres the best place to start. I got the duck stamp and I mregistered with hip and all that stuff and been researching the hell out of it but cant seem to find where to go. any help or tips is greatly appreciated.

I dont have a bow license its next on the list of things to get. I want to go for deer during regular season upstate i have where i have property . Also waterfowl ive been trap and skeet shooting for awhile n wana give it a shot.

Im new here and new to hunting. Its been frustrating trying to learn n get info on turkey hunting in ny. I live on long island and have been trying to find somewhere to take a day trip to with my gf and give our first try at this. Shes really been into the turkey hunting learning n reading and i know she has her heart set to go. Ive tried looking up places but cant and dont wana go somewhere where my already crap newb odds are worse lol. Any tips or anything is appreciated.
