  1. Hello. I live in Dutchess County N.Y. I know there is ( or was) a QDMA Hudson Valley Chapter, but lately is seems like its gone and there has;nt been any activity for a long while now. I was just wondering if that chapter folded? I know there is an UPPER Hudsom QDMA chapter, but that would be for north of where i am.  Any information on this would be helpful. Thank you.

  2. I just recently purchased a Moultrie XV-7000i cellular camera. Right now its attached to the tree with the strap from camera and a python lock cable. I was thinking about these mounts ive been seeing online ( i belive they are called stick and pic or something simalar). they can be adjusted up, down, etc. Has anyone here used or is using something like this? Would i still be able to use the python cable to keep it from being stolen? What do you think about them? any input will be appreciated!

  3. I am a fairly new bowhunter and I was in the market possibly for a new bow. I went the the local shop and they recomended the Bowtech Icon Bow. I was wondering if anyone has or has had this bow. What did you like/dislike about it? Is bowtech a good company to deal with as far as customer service, reliability, etc?  Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

  4. I use the Moultrie Mobile system with my trail camera. It works on the Verizon 3G network. The mobile app for the phone is very easy to use, and will work with many different Moultrie cameras from the low end ones, to the high end models. Also you can control all the settings on the camera right from the app . Plans are pretty decent. I pay $9.99 a month and get 750 images. There are also larger plans to get more. I have never had a problem and their customer service is pretty helpful.

  5. This weekend kicks off the Great American Outdoor Show in Harrisburg P.A. It's a great hunting and outdoor show put on by the N.R.A. They have basically everything you could ask for there as far as hunting, shooting, fishing, etc. I go every year and always enjoy it. You can go on the show website and buy a 2 day pass to the show for only $22.00 ( I recommend this because its hard to see it all in one day). Also you can book local hotels, some even have free shuttle service to the show !  Heres the link for those interested........https://www.greatamericanoutdoorshow.org/home.aspx.
