Phade, Proof 3? (Model 63053 Date: M08D06Y2015) Per Steve D.s comments, I followed the directions exactly with the date/time procedure. All works OK until I try to save the TIMESTAMP.TXT file to the card and I get a write error. Happens with any SD card (freshly formatted), in the SD slot or in a SD adapter in the USB port. I thought maybe the app doesn't like Windows 10. So if I could a sample of the TIMESTAMP.TXT file, I could change the info manually. Phade, next time you run the TIMESTAMP.EXE app on the SD card, make a copy of the file and save it elsewhere. When you go to the field, estimate the date and time in the .TXT and place the saved file on your 2nd SD card. You won't have to play games running the app, just edit the file. Best, Jim

Folks, I noticed that there are several folks in these forums using Primos equipment. Maybe someone can help since Primos' customer service will not address a simple question competently. I received a Primos Proof for Christmas and the App the camera writes to the SD card to extract the date and time from my computer will not work (will not write the text file to any SD card). I have asked Darlene Fears, Primos CS, to send me an example "timestamp.txt" file so I can manually correct the date and time manually with a text editor. She hasn't a clue... Can someone help me with the format of this file so I can get the date and time set on this trail cam? Thx, JRH
