Hi, I was wondering if someone could tell me if a Mossberg Blaze (NOT the AK version) .22LR with a 10-round magazine would be legal in NYS, Erie county to be specific. I purchased the gun in PA, but have to move back to NY. The gun originally came with a 25 round magazine, which I assume a 25 round mag is illegal in NY, correct? But if I order a 10 round mag and destroy the 25 round mag would the gun be legal to own in NYS? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
