    Yea in 3n you can use a .22 rimfire at least in the public lands I hunt there I see guys with .22 all the time but definitely not during regular gun seasons in putnam its shotgun only for deer . That means you can only use a shotgun during regular deer season there .

    Yea about 15 years ago was comming back to the car with my bow during fall turkey season I think actually cant even remember but the dec pulls up as I'm leaving public land parking lot putting the bow away in the truck and he noticed that I had shotgun cased also in the truck and the guy made a big deal about that I had both of them in the trunk with me then he asked if I had any slugs on me I said know only number 6shot and turkey loads and I even told him he could search the car and me to look . long story short I didn't have any slugs in the car and he told me just make sure you never have them both a bow aND a shotgun with slugs on you even if its in case. Because we may think you using the shotgun for deer in bow season or something like that . I just never keep both in the truck after that experience.

    please tell us o great one where every year you manage to shoot 6-12 point bucks on state land because there is not very much of it in 9p to begin with . Compared to other parts of the state I know Guys that hunt on private land that don't even do that .

    Where you say you hunt 9p the probability of you getting a DMP is 0 and almost 0 with ppreq. And success rate is only 25% for the dmp's they do give out . So why are you bad mouthing people that shoot does when the chances of you actually getting anything even in your area is so low . AND on public land it's going to be even lower then that .

    Yea sure you do and you get a mOster buck every year Btw on average I walk over 1 mile on public land before I stop .

    Well for one you may only see or get a chance to shoot only one deer all season odds are against you getting anything that is the biggest reason I'm guessing and not everyone is a, horn hunter . If you go look at dmp success rate it's only 1 in 10 that fill there tag

    Personally would only go with a company that has experience and does it all for one price . Even if it cost more.

    That's something I always wanted to no about you go hunt in africa and for the price you pay does that include shipping handle all paper work . To get what ever you shoot back to the usa

    By making it illegal to hunt them its up to the pigs if they can live here all year long seems like . Seems like they are living the decision up to the pigs lol

    Well I'm just going by the fact they have them in europe naturally and they seem to be able to control them I dont see why in north America with are colder climate for the most part some pigs are going to be a problem to control. I think the problem is overblown. But I'm no expert just saying from knowing they have them in europe where like here they killed off all the natural predators. And just control them with hunting and trapping. And I'm bias cuz I really love bacon lol more then deer meat . And a good pig rust yummy lol I had wild pig down south they taste just like the domestic ones delicious.

    So if that is the case why did the dec make it illegal to hunt them ? All that's going to do is make it possible for what you just said to happen much easier. (pockets of unmolested pigs all over the state.) Don't you think ?

    Raining here now ,thinking the same thing drive to my hunting spot hoping the weather will get better. Or do something else .
