FIRM this stand is literally like new. Bought it last year and used a hand full of times. Used it once this year and I just prefer my hang on instead. Cannot emphasize that this stand is in as good of condition as taking a new one right out of the box. Comes with manual and harness. Harness was never used as it was too big for me.
