i love those spots.They are honey holes.Hang it and they will come.Almost cheating in a way.But nice freezer fillers.Never know.Big bucks know those areas are safe.You may end up dragging out a nice buck.

If you use the GIS maps that are on the tax id maps then it even gives you GPS corridinates.I use the oswego county one all te time.You can try this link or do some more searching for GIS maps erie county. or erie county tax maps, You can click on the info tab then click on the land and get all the info about the land owner for each parcel. http://gis1.erie.gov/GC/ErieCountyNY/default.htm

oops.ya i don't know what i was thinking.LOL. OP stay away from any mechanicals that aren't designed for your lower poundage set up.As far as i know the Rage 40ke are the only ones made specificaly for your # DW. Also what grain head do you shoot now.I had my sons bow tuned for 85gr originally and when i got the 40ke's they only had 100gr.So i had to retune his setup.He also shoots the Diamond edge at 40#.

i got my son the rage40ke blades with 1.5 inch cut.They cost 45.00 but they are made for 35-55 # setups.The arrows are going to have to be the right spline .So just go to a bow shop and tell them your poundage and draw length and they can set you up. If you hunt out of a ground blind and plan on shooting thru the window mesh you need fixed blades.I messed up and got the rage then went to go get us a blind and realized on the way there what i was doing.DOH.FACE PALM.So i just build a ground blind.LOL.

i like to take a nap while i wait for the sun to come up a little.I like to be awake for the last 45 or so mins defore sun rise,to see if any thing comes by just for $hits and giggles.Thats when you see those big bucks and then you can have a "i missed a chance on a big one" story cause it was way to dark to be shooting any thing.

i have problems on 7 acres sometimes.They come from three properties down to push out the thick crap on my land opening weekend.Its only 7 acres but its mine.And the deer bed in there all yr long.I also have problems on two other tracks i hunt.50 ad 80 acres.Don't matter how many acres as long as you don't want them them.

i usually get 2 7r tags every yr.One on my tags and one on my sons.Although i usually make it down just once a yr.I am probably going this weekend.We used to do OD there but wasn't enough people in our block of woods to move the deer last 2 yrs.So we go down in post rut season now.
