I heard on fox news earlier today. Someone not sure who it was said."when someone kills someone with a gun they blame the gun. When a cop kills someone with a gun they blame the cop. Doesn't make much sense.

Sad but probably truethere's a pretty good chance that if the intruder was close enough and had any kind of weapon you'll be ok in NY, but it's sad that it's even considered a question. I imagine if my wife shot 3 unarmed robbers while my kids were home that she would be fine. I'd imagine if I (white male) shot 2 minorities with weapons I'd still go to trial. Hope to never be in that situation.

2017 last day last hour of season. Cut corn field next to the house. Had seen him a couple times but wasn't sure i wanted to shot him. He tasted better than tag soup. Muzzle loader at 160 yards. Missed the first time. He never moved. Loaded again and shot he staggered about 20 yards and went down.
Never seen a deer with apsolutly no fat on him. Completely full belly. He must have just started getting around he had 2 broken legs that had healed enough for him to walk.
So he went to good use not the yotes.
