    Carry a pair of pruning shears and some gallon zip lock bags.
    Back when teaching tying and doing some for shops, plenty of road kill ended up in my material bins. 
    Borax soap re applied several times rubbed into the skin acts a decent alternative for preserving skins.

    We'll be expecting some pics come spring! Pygmy tails and Philo feathers taking some trout. Where the heck is Hammond, BTW?
    It is up along the St. Lawrence River and near Canada. About 45 mins North of Watertown. And I'll be definitely sharing pictures.
