Hi! The name is Andrea. I have been hunting for a number of years with my best friend and we are looking for a property to hunt on for this season, mainly during the week. I get out of work at 3:30 and we don't have time to drive down to the land I own, which is over an hour away. Looking to lease for this season, and potentially years forward. Bow Hunting ( A must!) Gun Hunting (preferred) Geese/Waterfowl (preferred, not necessary) We lost the land we had been hunting in Throop after the person moved and sold the property. Please reach out to me if you have any leads or information you can share with me! THANK YOU and good luck this season!

Hunting leases available on Monday 3/3
C-H Brad posted a topic in Land For Sale, Lease, and Requests
The list of available hunting leases (on woodlots owned by Cotton-Hanlon) will be posted Monday morning (March 3rd) at 7:30 AM. I'm putting the final touches on the list right now but here's a quick preview: We'll have leases available in the following counties: Cayuga, Chemung, Cortland, Oswego, Schuyler, Tioga, Tompkins. The is one woodlot that has a CABIN on it that is open for lease. The cabin will need to be purchased from the prior lessee and then you would sign a lease for the woodlot with C-H. This is a unique opportunity to get a great area to hunt and a move in condition hunting cabin. Can't tell you any more right now but if you are interested make sure to check out our website right at 7:30 AM because things go fast. How it works is the website will have a list that includes town, county, number of acres, cost, and an aerial photo, if something catches your eye shoot me an email and if you are the first one I'll email you maps of that lease and give you two weeks to go out there wander around and check it out. If you like it we'll draw up a lease at that point. Bob O'Brien http://cottonhanlon.com/leasing.html
