Wow - can't believe no one knew the answer to this question. Well, I took the time to look into the law more closely and the answer is......................... No post-ban magazines, in any caliber (not even the little 22's) can exceed the 10 round limit. The possession of any such magazine in NYS is a Class D FELONY! NY is F'ed up. -
Does the NYS high capacity magazine law prohibit magazines for rimfires (10/22 and such) from exceeding 10 rounds or does that only apply to centerfire rifles?
