I will be back out to where I hunt on the East End of Long Island on Wed. September 7th so all I can do is hope that the area is still ok and take a look then. Also first time ever using a trail cam this year. That might be destroyed. Will the Deer be ok in the storm? I assume they will find massive cover under the pines and thick stuff so to speak.

My brother and I put out our first trail cams ever a couple of weeks ago out on the Island. Going to check them first week of September. Excited to see what is on it. As for ticks and chiggers and bugs here is a link to the product I started using last year. I sprayed it on all my hunting gear about 1 week before the season started and it lasts 6 weeks. Hi everyone. Just wanted to introduce myself and say that I am glad to be part of this site now. My name is Jimmy and I do my New York Hunting on Long Island with the Bow Oct. 1st until December 31st and then I hunt the special Shotgun season on Long Island as well in January. I also rifle hunt in Vermont during November. Looking forward to talking with everyone soon
