Being 17 and getting a buck like this was amazing! so blessed to have this buck, I was hunting a creek bed this afternoon and I saw the buck chasing a doe at about 4, then he reappeared around 5 coming down a mowed path hot on the doe mounting her, then came out at 30 yrds and let it fly, buck walked for about 20 yrds and sat down for 5 mins and got back up and walked 10 yrds and fell over on a cut path, I got double lungs. saw the rut in full action tonight, great experience and finally broke double digits!

The best season I have ever had. I got to watch my 15 year old son take a wall hanger 9 point then he got to share with me this seven point I scored on this weekend.
