    Lawdwaz Yes you can get into the land year round with a truck or quad, the road is closed for the winter but we have no problems getting in most years

    The asking price is 1200.00 an acre, you can also have it logged for additional income. It is very quite in the hollow with the only other cabins hardly used.

    I have 43 acres for sale in canisteo ny for sale, the property has power on it and has a small clearing right on the road for a cabin or trailor to be on it. the land touches 700 acres of state land and is on both sides of the road, there is only 3 other cabins in the hollow and has lots of timber on it. the deer/turkey hunting is very good with some nice bucks coming off it in the past few years.
