Lots of good state land to hunt in this area. Would not be much of a ride to many of them! Bucktooth, McCarthy hill, Golden Hill, Boyce hill , Farmersville station. All good spots. Never hunted Bucktooth, but have hunted many of the others. I have nothing to do with this sale. Jmo.

Do what ever it takes to make it safe & sturdy ! then use it. Maybe the person sold you some wrong/mixed parts from another stand. Good luck. jmho.

If you mean the bars with the screw knobs on them they go from the ladder to the tree. the bolted end goes on a ladder step & the other end gets tied tight to the tree with a rope. Spread them wide enough to support the ladder when climbing it.

I have not gone with any of them but was told they are the better ones for drift boat fishing on the S.R. They do it all winter long until the lake trolling starts back up in the spring. We were planning to go last January but never made the trip (dam!) You can google drift fishing the Salmon river & find lots of info. Guides also drift fish the Oswego river all winter too. That's what I went back to doing this summer, always did it that way don't know why I changed it up? If it's not, broke don't fix it! lol

I made a small wire hook attached it to the quiver at the broad head end ,always take it off & hang it on just about anything near & have a second arrow ready to nock if needed.

Been seeing more scrapes in the pass week. Also have 2 mock scrapes working. Seen a few bucks following does. In Wy. co.

I have this one. Seems to work great for meat & other things but for some reason the fish gets freezer burn many times & don't know why?

Agree , putting wt. on the side of a climber bottom will make it twist & unsafe, go with the cheap hang on & stick ladder. Be safe!

Shoot out the spot light! We run into ppl on our posted (with boundry lines marked) property a lot, they say they get turned around? & we tell them to get/stay off. I figure when we aren't there someone else is, I guess there is not much we can do about it if we are not there 24/7. Land is 30 mi. away tough to patrol every day.
