I like smaller deer...doesnt strain my atv all that much. Cuts down on maintenance costs so i can pay the butcher....

Been seeing scrapes getting hit here in 8f. They were covered for a few days now they are clear and even new ones popped up. New rubs near them too. Im hunting in between the scrapes and where ive seen does.

My kids wont play with the feet....but they have no problem eating the end result of meat! And they dont care if i did it or the processor

I use the insulater rubber boots for still hunting, stand hunting, pushing on drives etc. I like the 800 gram with a decent rocky sock and never get cold feet. As said ive used the heavier grams and my feet would sweat and get cold. I like them for the scent factor and the fact that i hunt in some pretty wet an swampy areas.

I do both sometimes. Cut up my own and use a processor...am i half a man now? My atv must be purple instead of pink haha!

Ill stand by what i said earlier...the elite superhunters are out now. And as others have stated if you dont hunt or process your kill a certain way your now a pansy. Bunch of internet thugs lol

Found it about 50-60 yards in front of my stand this morning. Flopped it over an blood ran out of a hole behind his left shoulder. Not sure how long its been there...but none of the guys who hunt here shot it. Button buck :/

Flopped it over and blood came out of a hole right behind the left shoulder. Not sure if it came across road or if someone else is hunting in there...who shouldnt be. Sad though waste of meat :/

Headed out in the morning. Gonna be a nice crisp calm morning! Hunting a spot that hasnt been pressured hardly at all since the gun opener. Got a big boy i missed during bow season really tearing a little section up with rubs and scrapes. And he was seen the last two days of bow...in the daylight in this section

Getting to hunt a spot in the morning that has seen about 1 1/2 hours of hunting pressure during gun season so far. The big boy has been seen in the same spot two nights in a row! Those were the last two nights of bow season and hes been tearing it up in this area. Gonna be a calm, crisp morning!

Agree 100%. This whole warm weather idea to me is bogus. But to each his own. Ive seen more deer while it was warm than i have on the few cold days ive been out.
