  1. May as well blame guns seeing everyone else dropped the ball,,, certainly the warning signs where present and more than obvious...
  2. Walmart just annouced it will raise the sale of firearms to 21
  3. The application is for both just as the Ferncos.. The sheilded just ensures equal pipe penetration and has extra sealing ribs,, the shield is to prevent pipe deflection or a bubble in the Fernco... Pipe deflection causes clogs.. Like I said earlier they both work weel and I have used many of both,, just putting the info out there everyone has there own idea of done correctly..
  4. I added 4 - 60 pound tubes of sand to the harrow and it made a night and day difference,, my 4 wheeler worked but isn’t a issue pulling it... Im not looking to fertilize now was just looking to purchase while I have some cash... At thos point I am just playing around seeing how this will work for me and it will be just great, I’m going to do white clover mixed with “last bite” which has clover, brassica, winter wheat and something else I can’t remember,, also doing some pumkin patches on either side of property.. i will post some pics as I go in the future..
  5. The pipe in question is galvanized steel and will not break with a hammer,, the main line is cast,, I really don’t think he wants to break that ... If you want to remove the small threaded nipple going into the main line try to heat it with a propane torch before trying to remove it,, if that doesn’t work you can cut the cut the nipple with a sawsaw at the top and bottom going into the main line and then pry out the two pieces,, if you do not have not much experience with this sort of thing just cut the galvanized out about 2” from the main line and be done with it,, the only reason I metioned they don’t meet code is if you may be selling your house in the future a home inspector may pick up on it.
  6. Ferncos do not meet code, you have to use the same style fitting that has the metal jacket completely around it.. Same concept and style as the Fernco and also sold at the Big box stores.. Just a FYI,, but they both work well and have used dozens of them..
  7. Lol ... I had breakfast with Stormy Daniels and we had sausage or she did,, anyway..
  8. Used the harrow today and works well, definitely needs some weight added to it but will do exactly what I want it to do... May get a chance to head back up to camp tomorrow with some weight if I do, will take some pics . Where do you guys buy 13-13-13 fertilizer?? Is it to early or a seasonal thing ...
  9. Picked up the harrow today and just finished putting it together pretty impressed with the quaint and heavier than I thought weighed in at 287 ... Can’t wait to use it, I made a drag from a old piece of fence and Im buying a 15 gallon sprayer for the atv.
  10. I would agree !!!! Looks like a troohy to me
  11. This isn’t your typical Polaris model ot was only made two years and doesn’t have the typical centrifugal clutch set up that the normal Polaris does ,, it has a internal clutch with gears..
  12. Just google non ethanol gas stations in your area... Ethanol is a government pushed anwer to the gas crunch and is more expensive to produce than a gallon of gas and gives worse fuel economy... Thanks uncle Sam again,, more tax dollars wasted ...
  13. Thanks,,, I ended up finding your post which led me to shop around...
  14. Well I bought this one,, its a DR and is exactly the same as as the king cutter other than the color and price as far as I can tell.. Paid $499.00 and had shipped to a local shipping depot near my house for free., which saved $99.00
  15. There are 45 pages in this category could you give me a link I went through three pages and gave up... What Im looking to do is plow about a 1/4 acre food plot with my tractor and disc with the king cutter on the back of my ATV and also do three other plots that my tractor can’t acces because of wet and wooded conditions. From videos that I have watched it looks like it can work well,, I don’t mind spending the money as it will most likely last me as long as I will have a use for it, I have seen the single row disc but want a two row..
  16. Considering buying one of these does anyone have one or comments good or bad ..
  17. Muck it and forget it ..... Just remeber there are different insulation values when buying.. I use the Artic Pro all season long and when it's cold I use toe warmers I usually can make it through about any sit.. One thing, if its cold don’t leave your boots in your truck at night bring them in the house the night before hunting, it seems to really help..
