    Just one more thing then I'm gone....

     The whole "test" post in the political section...is how I get on the site to post pics to send to guys that I PM with... That way I don't need to enter the main board and can get the pics edited out but still in my attachments to pm. I have no interest in sharing anything on the open boards here any longer, but after deleting the pics in the post it requires,apparently, something in the post body. So I type test...I was wrong though,  you apparently needed me to type ignore.  Now I can get back to what I enjoy...The property and....Oh ya... this

    You can think what you wish, there happens to be a few guys on here that PM me and those go to my E-Mail.. They could confirm this or not but it's no concern of mine. I also have friends that mention when my handle starts getting thrown out there ..Which apparently has been a few times in the last couple of days...You can just bet I am monitoring that.

     Now your reply is a clear indication YOU can't admit being wrong..I have my DEC answer and I do not need to SPECULATE on what some DEC officer, that in more than a few case, don't know the laws they are suppose to enforce . Other than the typical ones. As Kelly clearly stated in her reply she went directly to the law enforcement in the Albany head quarters to get the answer....

     I won"t bother yet again disproving you wrong on the whole garbage issue...BTW again wasn't MY garbage... but carry on being an AH ...it fits you well.

    Lets again recap for the new people here...THIS is directly from the DEC and ...and they took nearly 5 days to research their answer before sending it... again read the the part in bold:

    Below is the answer to your question on carrying two hunting implements at the same time if hunting for two different species. It really comes down to knowing what you can and cannot be in possession of while hunting a particular species. NYS laws and regulations specify if you cannot be in possession of a certain weapon while hunting a certain species. So, there is not one law or reg that says what you can or cannot do. Here is the response from our law enforcement:  
     
    As long as neither implement is prohibited by a person hunting for a particular game, there is no issue with simultaneously hunting two species at the same time.  Someone hunting for grouse could carry a .22 pistol for shooting squirrels, for instance.
     
    Hunting for deer during a muzzleloading or bowhunting season while in possession of a gun, or with someone who possess a gun is prohibited.  Further, the bowhunter accompanying someone with a muzzleloader would be a ticketable offense.  However, someone hunting pursuant to a muzzleloading privilege COULD use a crossbow and accompany a bowhunter, as long as both special seasons are open.  There used to be occasional confusion when the late Muzzleloader season did not line up with late bow season, but that has largely been eliminated.
     
    A turkey hunter could use a crossbow for turkeys and a compound bow for deer, but I can't think of a practical way to still hunt with both implements or quietly carry them to a stand/blind for purposes.

    Back to Rivers blind good snow and now it's easing  up a little and winds picking up ..let hope they show before 4:38...

    Ps...the blinds looking pretty good concidering I have left the windows open all season...and with all the rain this year...roof looks great

With the conditions and wind right I decided to give it a try. Takes a half hour to hike it pretty much straight up. Get to the spot were I normally sit and the tree is blown over. The wind picked up and I like to froze to death but I stuck it out til 10:00 and didn't see a thing. Heard a few shots but mostly they were the spray and pray type.

    Came home to warm up and grab a bite. With not much optimism I will give it one more try for the final time an be able to say I spent my time and gave  my best. Good luck to anyone else going out the rest of the day.

    I see the"crew" has been busy....

    Let me point something out...I'm on here and offering help to those that ask on the boards and many in pm' s

    I  always try to make sure I like or congratulate those that have  done well in the field or life in general. 

    I also try to make posts to get people discussing a. Variety  of subjects...

    I have never gone after anyone for their errors in spelling,typing,or a crazed spell check...

    I am blocking these members whom  for the most part only post to say nasty things to me..NOTE,IF I BOTHER THEM SO BADLY WHY HAVE THEY NOT BLOCKED ME. ..I believe you all know the answer to that. So I apologize to those of you reading their deluge of vile,well to a point. For you could block them as well.

    Now I know some of you not all but some quote them knowing it's how I see what they are saying. Some think that's cute or funny, it's not. I won't ask that it stops I know better,but take a good look at their posts and ask if you'd want to be that type of person.

    Thanks to the guys that have spoken out about what's been going on and pm' d me about it over the last few months.

    So a couple of years ago and I can't remember the conversation at the moment,but said I'd get the pic. This is a Castile buck a friend of ours shot several years ago...I blocked his face because well I don't know if he cares to have it shown...let me mention he's not a small man for comparison. ..I thought the pic had the score ...but I didn't see it and I checked the back and it didn't say... So after 2 years there ya go. I finally got back to camp...
