I'm sure that you are their favorite cousin / uncle now, they will remember this day for the rest of their lives. Be proud, you did a great thing for them. I wish I had an uncle like you when I was a kid.
Taking a so called friend with you to one of your best kept secret hunting spots after swearing him to secrecy on the life of his first born child. Then find out that he now claims the area for himself and his other lowlife friends.
I guess that's a big thing though.
Thanks for the reminder for Wyoming. I've been applying in most western states for many years. Drew a great mulie tag in Colorado last year. Started at the beginning again this year for deer in CO. Have 22 PPS for elk. Hope to draw a tag in unit 40 next year.
I'm glad to hear. I planted the same on Sunday, I never planted feed corn before, hope it germinates. The local ag store tried selling me sweet corn seed for $280.00 per bag. That's too expensive for deer corn.
It has been a very odd season by me. There are 5 or 6 hens still roosting together with no toms with them. They should be on nests by now. Does anyone have an answer why this is happening?
I checked on my early spring rye planting this weekend. I guess with the recent warmer weather the rye is now germinating nicely. It's up 3 - 4 inches. It's fun to experiment.
They called Rolo by a different name back in those days. "Rolf the Walker" he had to walk where ever he went.because he was so huge, there was no horse large or strong enough to carry him.
