How do you start looking for bedding areas and what are some signs?

Rut phases change where deer feed/bed...but you can pattern deer.....it is not explicit enough that you can bank on anything but if youre consistently killing what you want you have something figured out biggest reason bedding changes during hunting? ....thats easy -
shoot does if you need meat think of it this way- base measurements for spread and mass in NY would be about 70"s....so tally up the points 8 pt - 4 pts- g2- 9 "ea, g3s 4" each 9x2+4x2=27+70 is a 97" 8pt deer

nice deer sam! dont shoot little deer- theyre trophies before their day..... easiest way.... mostguys who consistenty dump good ones will state theyre everywhere a 1.5 in ny varies from 60-120 based on available food/ag. that is the average big is 130 or better...though that may only be a 2.5 yo....alot of the slobs killed here are only 3.5-4.5 ...which just borders mature

scouting works best unless you are after young bucks... -
it varies but big (inches) growth stops around the start of july for most deer in this area
