Avid turkey hunter from Newberry South Carolina. ALWAYS limit out with 5 longbeards and usually call in several mature birds for friends or kids every year. Our season here runs April 1 thru May 31 two birds per day 5 per season. Called in 21 mature birds last year with 8 kills. Have access to about 2000 private acres with National Forest lands within 8 miles of house. Usually harvest birds on National Forest every year. Anyway have hunted NY , stueben Co. public land several years ago and lost my contact up there. Am looking for contact to supply lodging, private land or public land and maybe transportation. In return I can provide lodging at my lake house on Lake Murray for a turkey hunt in SC next season or striper fishing trip any time on Lake Murray.
