Looking for a lease for 2 people in or around eastern Wayne county (Ontario / Williamson / Macedon area), Ontario county (Bristol) or Yates county (Naples). Any surrounding towns to those mentioned will be considered as well. Would like 20-50 acres. Cash in hand. Willing to pay whatever the going rate is per acre, and would consider paying a premium price depending on location and quality of property. May consider multiple leases if available. Would like to walk property now before things start to green up and get thick.

Is this lease still available? I just leased another 35 acre property in Sodus and would love to lease another. Where is this one located. I have cash in hand and could drive up and take a look at it anytime this week after work. Thanks.
