Hunted. Well get rid of the cell phone asap. I don't have a fb so no worries there. I'd head to the woods. Stay away from the people I know. And for sure no atm's or cards. Live off the land. For the most part if u were really running there are lots of cabins with lots of stuff to live off in the woods. And just to be clear guys I would never touch anything of anybody's that wasn't mine unless it was a true survival situation. now as for alone. Where do I sign?

Sounds like a great hunt to me! And I'd like to say I would have let it lay a bit longer. But I've also been there before where I just needed to get on them. Either way he still got it done in the end and had a fun time doing so!! Great story! The drag was no fun tho I'm sure!!

I have no problems with pass throughs with the 2 blade rage.

I think all these small cutting broadheads leave poor blood trails. I like opening them up. Quick kill! Good blood trail! Good recovery. Just my .02

Wac'em makes an awesome small fixed blade. I used them for years. Then found rage two blade and never looked back. But the wac'em where good too

What did we ever do without them? We must have been bored. I remember as a kid we played outside till the street lights were on. I mean I guess the world is a different place today. Idk if I'd let my kids run like I use to. There sure are a lot of scary people these day.

I'm not saying they aren't useful. They have there place! But people are addicted to them. I see people who are oblivious to what's going on around them. Like a bunch of zombies! I mean people get hit by cars because they walk out in traffic looking at there phones! I'm saying some people should put that thing down once in a while and check out real life.

So I'm sitting here trying to talk to my girlfriend and she is on the phone oblivious to the world. The kids the same thing! Guys at work constantly changing there phones cause they never put them down! And yes I'm typing this on mine now! The president can't stay off his! Being in the woods is so relaxing and a time to get away from all this! Really what has this world become??

Grow! What exactly are u trying to do with this post? U rambled a bit! Lol. And as for the other groups making ur deer movement different. How much property are we talking? Is it a lease and they have access? Is it there land and they are stopping the movement to urs?

So I'm sitting here watching hunting! Wishing I was in the woods. But these guys are rattling these bucks in. I was just wondering who here has had success with this. Has to be sweet to rattle one in. I've tried many many times without success.

There are bigger bucks in ny. And I agree a few tweeks and there could be many more. I have seen many bigger. Just never close enough for a bow shot! That's what makes this one special to me!!! I shot a much bigger one bout 5 yrs ago with gun that I never got to lay my hands on.

I mean he grew the antlers and the measure a 143 with all them so I have to agree!! Lol

They scored it as typical. I'm not sure what determines if it is typical or non typical. But I needed 120 for New York big buck and 125 for pope and young. It made both. Not that it's a big deal but kinda nice. And thanks to all u guys for the great feed back.

I thought this too! How ever I never thought 143 could end up a 126. And to be honest I never had a 2nd thought about not shooting him. Never had a buck that big that close for a bow shot!

So after posting that and it grossing a 143 and nets around 126 I've been wondering. If I went on a hunt some where that and they had a min of a 130 class deer how would that work?

It scored typical. I'll post sheet tomorrow. The guy called me today and told me it grossed 143 and scored 126. Said it made pope and young. Like I said I'll post score sheet tomorrow
