    and naturally, I can be wabbit hunting with my .30-06, and this buck came charging at me, and I had to protect myself, but he turned sideways at the last second, and thats why the bullet gone through both his lungs.... as your being carted away in handcuffs......

    I hunt in a state park, with permission. The permission slip says Deer only. What if I shoot a bear because I felt my life was in danger ? Do I leave it in the woods? or drag it out and face Prosecution ? Sometimes the jolly ranger is there, and sometimes not....... It's nice if the ranger is there, because he'll help drag the deer out. The bear population is high, but for what ever reason, they do Not want bears taken. So there is a chance of kicking one up. Especially if it's warm in Novemeber.

    IF they butchered him up, it's all the same. Last year driving up, I hit a doe. there was a herd running across the road, and I caught the last one. they taste just as good.

    I use reduced recoil slugs in my 12 ga. dead is dead is dead. and it's 1/2 the kick.

    I see mass confusion this year with cross bows, during bow season. What happens if they catch you with a cross bow, when it's regular bow season? Is it the same if they catch you with a rifle during muzzle loader season ?

    Why do hunters talk about ethics and a slow death, and then go bow hunting ? And the bow hunters class will tell you to wait 4 hours before searching for the deer.

    I hunted state park land for 4 years. and I have seen 2 doe in 4 years. I've seen rubs, and I have heard stories of other hunters dragging out deer. But I have been unlucky.

    Your shop is open all rifle season? If I get something, your not too far. Do you do mounts as well?

    I just ate V. RIBS, and to be honest, I don't like them. It has that nasty membrane on them, and they are greasy, and the grease is different than other ribs I am used to eating. Like it was a very fine grease, hard to wash off. took 40 minutes in a pressure cooker to cook.... I'm not sure what to do with the rest of the ribs...... anyone actually like them ?

    Your tipping $500-$750 !!!!! WOW. I think that's a bit extreme.

    I don't understand poaching for a trophy...... it makes no sense what so ever. If they eat it, and feed their family, yeah..., that makes a little sense.

    Where in 3J ? I havn't seen much up there for the past 2 years. One the last day of the season I saw 2 doe, and they busted me. Otherwise I sat in the woods for many days doing nothing, except looking at some nice rubs. Saw a nice owl. some rabbit. But no dear. and my DMP went wasted. I go just north of RT52.

    Can someone explain the logic behind muzzle loading, and the muzzle loader season. please. I just don't get it. it's own season..... at first I thought it was a classic rifle gimick, so you own a vintage gun, and use it. Now they are commonly available in any sporting goods store... do they kick like a .30-06?
