  1. I would like to thank my new venison customers for stopping by this past weekend. I hope we can form a lasting customer /meat cutter relationship. This is really a passion for me. I don't take in more than I can handle and it shows. Good luck hunting to all. Rut is just around the corner!
  2. Is there a few of us who still hunt on the ground using just our natural surroundings as como? I've harvested my fair share in a stand but there's something about taking a deer on the ground with a bow.
  3. My brother works in a metal fabrication factory that specialized in phone booths. When they started getting rid of them the business almost folded. Thank goodness for him he had enough time there he didn't lose his job. Now they just do small contracts. I can remember when we would be out somewhere he would look underneath the phone booth to see if his company made it.
  4. Absolutely!I have plenty of room in my cooler this time of year. I can freeze it for you and you can pick it up the following week. Give me a call or leave a message I will be home all weekend. Thanks!

  6. Just a proud dad last night. Both my twin boys went out hunting with me last night we packed snacks and lawn chairs . And sat in our blind. They are getting better and better every year with patience. Last year was 30 minutes. Last night I got an hour out of them. They whispered never broke branches and paid close attention always on the look out. We never saw a deer but I was still proud. These guys are hooked for sure!

  10. I'm not a 100 % trad guy I think if you like a bow with cams or wheels it's still bowhunting. It seems as the older I get the more I'm drawn to My trad bows. I still get the switchback out once in a while. The recurve seems to be my go to bow most of the time though. Good luck southern zone guys this coming monday!
