After a painfully long wait for moderator approval I finally got access to post. Hello everyone I’m Oscar I live down south in Orlando, Fl. My fiancée is from Brooklyn, she lived there 23 years before I convinced her to move lol. She has family up there so we try to visit them often. I made some friends on the duck hunting chat forum this year and went on my first hunt (shot my first duck) during early teal. I was pretty hooked on duck hunting just watching YouTube videos so the actual hunt just drove the nail home haha. Anyways me and my fiancée just got to NY today to get married and then wanna return sometime in Jan. I thought it would be cool if I could make some friends in NY that I could hunt with. I would love to see what hunting in snow/ice is like vs the mosquitos/swamps down here lol and honestly just to learn a different style of hunting and see different things.
