I didn't want to send you any bad karma , but I saw the same property listed on Craigslist the last week for $75,000.00 . Maybe he's looking to start a bidding war.

Doesn't matter. They were in contract so if the title would have shown exact acreage he would have had to sell it to my Dad for $50k. My dad backed out, not the seller.
