Are there anymore home study bowhunter courses this year? All of the traditional courses are too far away from me to drive back and forth 3 times, and I haven't been able to find any on the DEC website. Most anywhere upstate will be fine except north of Oswego, Rome, Utica, Amsterdam, etc. I'm located near Elmira in Chemung county if that helps.
