Still waiting for my buddy to get outta work so he can take pics.After taken closer look I have 7 that are signed by same carver.More info to come when I get it.Online doesn't help much for signed pieces.

Hey I happen to enjoy matchbox toys and others toys infact.Also matchboxes/cars are not for toddlers to many small parts they could swallow.I do know when I come on this site it brings myself to the index not the new content page.

My farther Inlaw just gave me two bags of wooden decoys.Some are wood ducks most are mallards ducks.While looking at them some I will just use for decor.I did find that one is signed by a Fellow named Bill Roberts from Green Lawn L.I does anyone have any Idea as to who he is?

I ask my wife every morning what she would like to have for dinner,unless we plan or plans change we eat around 6.At 3-4 is when most are headed to/from work.When growing up/living at home dinner was at 6 that is when Dad was home from work,having lunch at school at 10:30 a young guy/gal myself was hungry by dinner time.We also did not have a choice like these modern children have you ate it or didn't eat until next day.

We/you cannot do this.I wonder if you work with the town/area and allow the sharpshooters to use your land if they would allow the land owner to be able to keep some of the meat/Deer and Donate the rest in the land owners name.I have seen the culling of Deer in my county/at a college farm and year after year they kill about 70.I do find that it is ok for the hired shooters but not for the hunter to bait them use of lights and shoot with a firearm but if we do it we get our asses in a sling.

Salted Cod I have only had prepared one way creamed over toast.Smoked herring is also good.I plan on hiking into a place my dad used to take me when I was younger and I cannot remember if we brang a cooler or a pack I think he used dry ice but cannot remember.

Before Refrigeration Salt was used to store/preserve meat and fish does anyone know what salt was used?I ask this because if I was to go on a fishing trip and was going to be out for several days/week there would be no way of keeping ice for that long.Dry ice is an option but salt would be easier to pack.

Gusty winds ans some rain in my area.With the snow we had on the ground and the warmer temps with the rain getting foggy here.Nothing worse to me then trying to drive in the fog
