    Belo I am not confused.I drive past many fields everyday and have for all my life why in the Hell would someone want to do this 2/300 yard shot with no recovering of the target unless they are just a bunch of assholes.I am a Redneck I chew tobacco drink beer work hard for a living

    Yea I'm not buying the poaching line for defences on this one.If someone was to be hunting from an automobile and they do why in the heck would they be shooting long distances just a strange law to myself.

    I don't want to have a loaded rifle/shotgun while driving.This was just a question so myself could better understand what is the difference.Of course most side arms are for close range but some of the modern Pistols can shoot as far as most long guns within the hands of a marksmen

    # years is not enough.Never again should they be allowed to hunt or fish.Infact If I were in law enforcement I would have a micro chip installed to everyone that is a poacher this way they have no chance of commiting these crimes again

    I agree however this is the great State of NY.The economic status does play a huge part.Fines for these actions should be the same amount across the state.

    Short arms/pistols verses long guns/rifle/shotguns.I have a permit that allows me to conceal carry my pistol that at all times is loaded so why should I not be able to have a loaded long gun in my automobile.This is one law that I do not understand.Other than law enforcement I think Farmers should be exsemnt from this law.Also how is it safer to have a loaded handgun verses long gun in transport?

    The fines go by town/county not the state.I would think myself this should be state statute however some towns are and have not got the resources money to pay for crimes at the same amount as the more wealthy areas.

    Being on a low budget I am having a couple of 16oz cans of BUSCH.

    We don't have to pay $10 per each tag yet but I for myself would spend/pay for each tag.$10 will only get you a gal of milk and loaf of bread so ten bucks for about 80lbs of mountain beef is a great pay out.

    Not so fast with the crock pot.The next one try parboilng first this helps.It will be more tender in the slow cooker do to taking more time to cook.not telling you how to cook just a suggestion.

    No I haven't. I do top mine with shredded peperjack.I'm the only one that likes a little heat so only have plain ones made.I have had the peperoni done with creamcheese and jalapeno and loved it.
