I think the Wind Detector Powder is just a selling gimmick . I have , in the past , used milk weed pods to detect wind direction . The floss that carries the milk weed seed is very light and is carried in the wind breeze and is a free detector . Years ago , there was a site called " The North American Hunting Club " . They would send out items to be tested . I got a wind tester . It was nothing more than a bobbin with red thread . You were supposed to break off a piece of thread and tie it to your bow stabilizer and it would move in any breeze . I never tried it . Sorry about knocking the wind detector powder but I was just bored .

It was only -3 here in Ontario at 1:30 am today .

I have gone to the Sportsman's Shot at the Dome Arena in Henrietta a few times . It always bothered me about the 8 - 10 dollar entrance fee . What a crock ! Pay to go in and spend money . There were a few deals but a lot of stuff was overpriced .

I will have to look for mine It is a rubber bulb call . I am sure it is in a cabinet in the garage . Never brought any in to me .
