  1. I had been doing sightings for the DEC for over 10 years and they sent me a couple of patches . I havn't heard anything from them this year . It has always been done during bow season .
  2. Bob Foulkrod ( one of the Big Game gurus ) gave a talk at a Sportsmen's dinner in Rochester a few years ago . He advised using "cut on contact" broadheads for any poundage under 55 lbs .
  3. For polishing , I use the corncob media with a little bit of Flitz polish in it . Works for me .
  4. You should see what we got at the Squirrel Farm ........
  5. All I have to say is , well , Duhhhhh ! No foolin' !
  6. Here's a farm deer .........
  7. I had some 44 mag reloads that required disassembly and put them in the Dud box at the range . Had to wait 3 months for RCBS to get off their ass and send any bullet pullers to the store . I have had it for a year and havn't opened the package yet as I havn't needed it . If I didn't have one , I would neeed the darned thing !

I think I just heard the theme from The Twilight Zone !
  11. My eyes water when I read some of the posts on here !
  12. My father in law got me started deer hunting and my wife has never given me any crap about it . She is in San Diego this week and going to our time share in Williamsburg , Va for a week during gun season . We have been married for 50 years and learned to work things out long ago . Dayum , it's quiet here !
  13. The Electric grinder is the way to go . I bought a big ass grinder at BassPro several years ago and used it for about 4 deer . Bought an electric grinder far a bit more . Using the hand grinder didn't tire me out . It just took longer to grind .
  14. I saw a show where Dan Fitz used the platform of a chain-on stand as a grill to cook burgers on . Always enjoyed their shows .

Hey , you're still here so no one has pushed the button on you . We are still letting you post your nonsense as it's entertaining . No one is ganging up on you . We just choose to be rational ............ I do think someone has "pushed your button" for you to go on a rampage . Give me a couple minutes to make some popcorn before you post . Thanks , fe

Hmmmmm , do they use C'mere Deer on the Deer Farms ? The way Ole Hank mumbles , I think he eats the stuff himself ! I wonder what he does with all of his carcasses .......
  20. A few years ago , I received a product from the NAHC to test . It was a tiny spool og orange thread to tie to a bow to tell wind direction . I think it may have sold for a couple dollars . Anyway , why would someone buy that versus grabbing a piece of thread or dental floss to do the same thing ??? A little improvising is all that's needed .

I am waiting for Jimmy Houston to weigh in on the conversation . He's the expert on hunting Deer Farms / High Fenced areas . Oh wait , this is supposed to be about "disposing of deer carcasses" !
  22. A couple years ago , a politician in the Rochester area was snooping around a house being built . He had no business there and got hurt when he slipped on a ladder . He was going to sue the builder but got all kinds of static from call-ins on the radio and write-ups in the paper . He withdrew the lawsuit . Just trying to make a comparison . Someone tresspassing got hurt and was going to sue . Asking a lawyer might be the way to go .
  23. I bought the Lifetime a couple years ago when I was able to get it for $50 . Last year , when I turned 70 , I no longer had to pay for the Archery & Muzzle Loader .
