hello,does anyone know when the 2nd rut is happening in region 3 sullivan county area.everything quieted down after last sunday.

i live in loch sheldrake ny,in the catskills.i hunt in back of the house.plenty of excitment.deer,bear,cyotes

i let fly from my climber,it dont bother them.sometimes the noise of the pee hitting the leave makes the curiouse to come around.but on the other hand (I DO NOT TAKE A CRAP)i think the smell of it carries the sent out,spooks them.i always make sure i go before i leave the house

ive had a couple of sightings here in sullivan county,mother with 2 cubs,a loaner by himself wieghed about 100lbs.and 1 giant male looked to be about 400lbs.he did have a tag on him.my question is,even though there tagged can you still shoot him.
