    jjb, Lease actually says if salvage value does not pay for decommissioning the bond money will be used.

    Lessee is responsible and a bond is set up with the town for decommissioning purposes.

    That sucks. Trespassing and stealing all wrapped up in one. Put up two cams and really conceal the 2nd and catch them. Good luck.

    I'm more worried about the sound. We have wind farm views from front and back porch. They are 10 miles away and you can see them. Will be at camp next weekend and will check out my friends property for sound issues. This is the area for wind and the 1st wind farm is doing real well.

    4 thousand per megawatt. Turbines that are proposed are 2.5 megawatts. Minimum payment is 10,000 or a max of 4% production royalty per year. 2 thousand a year for the lease and 1500 per installed turbine. Lease is for 25 years.

    Grow, Just spent a half hour on the phone with a friend that has two on his property. No issues on his end and says the company has been great. He did say the more wind the more sound you hear from the blades. For the last two years he says he can hear it 15% of the time. Everyone is signing around me, you know how that goes. I always wanted to farm, just didn't think it would be the wind!!!!!

    Geno, Good luck! You beat me by about 8 years. I have some rental property in Corning and love the town. Great area to settle down. I have a contact in the local government if you need any help with that sort of stuff when setting up the business. Best to you and the wife!

    Got 1 good video after a month from two cams. Seems like the video trigger is not fast enough. Had 75 or so videos on one camera didn't cacth anything. Had this one video on the other. It did catch us driving the atvs and tractor. Only the person behind was filmed. Switched back to pictures. May change them to plot watching when I go up in September. PICT0006.AVI

    Here is a picture of another Bobcat placed in the original photo. Although the color is different, look at the shoulders and tail. Clearly looks to be a Bobcat.

    When you do zoom in look at the neck. Seems to have two identical short pointy protrusions sticking up. Short pointy ears like a bobcat.

    Biggest buck I killed was standing next to my ATV as I was leaving the woods for lunch. I think the deer like them also.

    When I was at camp last week there were a few trees changing colors. Come to think of it I may have picked the wrong mushrooms. lol

    Decoys work great especially if a strip of toilet paper is hanging down your backside. Had Doe and Steve bring in a huge buck when they walked past my stand with the toilet paper hanging down the back of their pants! lol
