  1. Love the jeep product. Something that has that many miles on it is a gamble. If it were me I take a good long look at it, may be worth it.
  2. I just have to say the knowledge that some of you guys have about food plots is wonderful. You are doing a great service sharing it! Thanks to the ones who posted on this thread! I know I have learned a great deal through the years here.
  3. Sky- who are you Dr Dolittle!!! Those are amazing pictures and would look awesome as big prints on a cabin wall. You should sell them.
  4. They will tap the resource and sell it to the highest bidder. Your land will get raped and in the end also you and I. an example: Apache (NYSE:APA) reports that the scheduled start-up of its Kitimat liquefied natural gas project in western Canada will be postponed for a year, while the firm continues to search for reliable contracts with buyers in Asia. APA owns the proposed plant with Encana (NYSE:ECA) and EOG Resources (NYSE:EOG), and when put online the facility would be the first to transport large quantities of the gas to Asia. Don't be fooled by these companies, the all mighty dollar prevails. This will not get us off foreign oil.
  5. I have one of the newest wind projects in my area. Fully functional and there are 25 turbines in my beautiful view from the cabin. It doesn't bother me at all. Honestly they are more noticeable at night with the blinking red lights. I have NYSEG power lines going through my property. For years they would come and clean the brush and trim trees. About 4 years ago they never came (I thought they didn't come) but noticed all the trees and vegatation dying under the lines. They sprayed it with chemicals to kill it. The chemical also drifted onto my property and killed some other trees. I didn't know what they were using and weren't for-warned. I was pissed and put an end to that. Just goes to show you what kind of crap companies will try to pull.
  6. Yes this video sucks and I feel for her but that's not how all kids act. Those few should be hung out to dry! There is a bit of generalizing going on here and stereotyping. For everyone of those bad kids there are probably 5 that are good. This goes on all the time and not just in this generation.
  7. Something in a nice floral pattern would be nice.............nice job Fletch!
  8. For the near future I don't see much happeneing. Price of natural gas is way to low to be profitable. I am not for it but how could I deny the right to another person who hasn't had much all their life being able to sign for some bucks. It has and will continue to change the landscape of WNYS.
  9. Picture this-Penn station this afternoon around 6:00, 90 degrees waiting for the train. Once you get on it's air conditioned but the people smell! Sucks for me. That is hot!
  10. Thanks for posting it's nice to read something like that in the middle of the summer! I really enjoyed it!
  11. Sorry but if they let the parent be the judge on hunting age I'd probably only Bow hunt. 5 year old behind a weapon, a bit over the top for me.
  12. Letterman's Top Ten Reasons Why Men Prefer Guns Over Women - And here we go... 10. You can trade an old 44 for a new 22. 9. You can keep one gun at home and have another for when you're on the road. 8. If you admire a friend's gun and tell him so, he will probably let you try it out a few times. 7. Your primary gun doesn't mind if you keep another gun for a backup. 6. Your gun will stay with you even if you run out of ammo. 5. A gun doesn't take up a lot of closet space. 4. Guns function normally every day of the month. 3. A gun doesn't ask , "Do these new grips make me look fat?" 2. A gun doesn't mind if you go to sleep after you use it. And the Number One Reason Why Men Prefer Guns over women... 1. You can buy a silencer for a gun!
  13. My chicory plot did awful the first year. Similar to what your saying. 2nd and 3rd took off and looks great.
