  1. I understad that deer move more when its below 30 degrees in late October and November but thats getting into the colder months. How does the first week or two temoerature must be for the deer to move, will the 60s-70s do it or a lot colder temperatures do the trick?

  2. I have a CVA eletra and its a great accurate gun. I used it last year and was able to do a follow up shot in seconds. I would recomend carry a spare battery just incase. Also when cleaning the plug be sure if you lube it to not have NO lube on the glow plug itself. I usually do a dry fire after cleaning to be sure it fires. Have fun, its an awesome gun for the price!

  3. You should probably try a 15 yard pin then a 30 yard pin, in my opinion. Then that way you can just shoot from 1yard to 30yard and see where that takes you. Having that many pins so close will mess you up in long run possibly. Just shoot as mutch as you can till you can have confidence shooting at all yards and angles(treestand). Is this your first year bowhunting and if so first time shooting a bow?

  4. When the cabelas catalouge came in earlier this week i noticed the camo ive been looking to get. I like the sitka camo pattern because of the way it looks, but im concerned about if its worth the money to get a set of the camo. Does anyone use it in the woods or should i stick to the realtree styke camoflauge?

  5. Right now im shooting the diamond outlaw and i love it. The bow is accurate and for aboit $400 it competes with some of the more expensive bows i feel. Take a look at the mission bows, heard they are good reliable bows.

  6. LW is by far the best stand out there. But, don't be fooled. It is not super comfortable.

I know, I have the Alpha, the hand climber, the sit and climb, and the wide sit and climb. Stable, quiet, sturdy, well built, but not super comfy.

See that's what im kinda of concerned about is the whole comfort.  i herd the same as what you said about its not that comfortable.  Out of all the LW you have had which one do you prefer the most?

  7. I think a guy on here has hunted Ohio public land. I think it was mentioned in the other "out of state hunting" section. It would be awesome to hunt there and get an Ohio monster!!! Good luck if you do go out!
