  1. I won't sign it: Ducky Phil cannot say what he wants ... where he wants. He should know that with Sarah Palin supporting him...HE IS WRONG!!!! Sad, that in America, a ****** like Ducky Phil can get rich by providing nothing of substance to society. He is a Jerk!!! And, his supporters are more so!!

  2. It will never happen.  Originally, both bow and muzzle loader seasons were to be for primitive weapons.  But the modern day "tweekers" couldn't let things be....They just had to improve on things.  Chances are, you would find it tough to find field-ready muzzle loaders that are, in fact, primitive, or "like the old days" type firearms.  Of course, the tweekers would whine to high heaven if such was put into place.

Side question:  If such a season came about....would the use of trail cams...food plots...modern tree stands, blinds, etc. still be allowed??   Sorry, but NY hunters have gone WAY BEYOND anything primitive!

  3. Elementary school??.....No, got kicked out!   You obviously missed the point re:  difference between can and should ... but then you don't read carefully, do you.  (Notice the lack of name-calling here.)

  4. How far do you think an Elementary School student would get using language like that?  My guess...not far!  Bit of different between what "can" be used and what "should" be used.  (I hope you didn't find that "seen" is acceptable as the past tense of see.)

  5. My brother swears by the LCP.   I don't like the "snappy" way it shoots.  I have gone round and round on this issue...have bought/sold/traded to get the right carry gun.  Right now, I have the Cold Mustang Pocket LIte .380 auto.  I love it, but I still haven't settled on a method for carry.  Those times when I wonder about the .380's power, I dream of a 1911 auti in .40 cal., to be carried in a small-of-the-back rig.  (Note:  One pistol I traded was the Springfield EMP in .40 cal....Way too many jams/failures to feed...too finicky when it came to ammo.  The little Colt digests everything except that worthless, cheap TULA junk.)

  6. Do remember that as you go to a lighter, compact rifle...recoil increases.  A lightweight, youth model in .308 could be a real bruiser.  I have one of the original Remington Model Sevens in .308.  It KICKS!!!  A couple years ago, I bought the new Remington Model Seven CDL in .260 cal.  It is much more pleasant to shoot.  The single shot .243 mentioned would be a good choice also.  Good luck....Great Christmas gift!

  7. Good God, growalot...."Turkey gobble........"  Damn, it is either "Turkeys gobble", or a "turkey gobbles"  Why do you insist on appearing as a dunce?

For the record:  Yes, turkeys do gobble all year long.  Why?  Who knows for sure.  You will have to ask a turkey.  When you find one that can talk....you can be sure you have a liar!
