  1. Report: Wisconsin Lost Track of 82,000 Ballots in State Biden Won by 20,000 https://www.dailysignal.com/2021/08/27/report-wisconsin-lost-track-of-82000-ballots-in-state-biden-won-by-20000/?utm_source=TDS_Email&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=MorningBell&mkt_tok=ODI0LU1IVC0zMDQAAAF_KvA7V9Q8gQW4I8DM6LYFHeJMT7IJGmG0cKWJllOWwnSeBQsIQWIYKff7FOjfS0KqsJDKZ-iITcvbgoq8CQ3Z24Qqbi5iHVVydX35aWWIZcxoEc0
  2. Well, when you post something about gun laws in the General Chit Chat section, what do you expect will happen?
  3. People get blinded by rage. Good thing we're not shooting guns here. LOL!
  4. Somebody tell me how only allowing reputable gun owners to have only one gun, solves any of the gun problems we have in this country. What would be the reason for this?
  5. Yep. Some folks have to start throwing insults when they get triggered.
  6. For you to insult me, I'd have to care about your opinion. I don't.
  7. I expect they will call for putting the unvaxxed on the "No Fly" list too. That will allow them to confiscate your guns.
  8. Seems many foreigners look down on us unwashed Americans from a "morally superior" vantage point.
  9. I see a lucrative black market for passports emerging.
  10. It does, but only if you can trust the votes. They held elections in the Soviet Union too. They had no guns to enforce the stolen ones though.
  11. Try looking at America's love of firearms the way Germans love beer. What would happen in Germany if the government started controlling beer with the intention of eliminating it and locking up people who drink it? (Damn. Another General Chit Chat post gone political. Can't seem to avoid it.)
  12. Gun ownership means the government trusts the people. It also means the people are in charge of the government. Gun control means just the opposite.
  13. If the law was you can only own one gun what would it be ? It would be time to start a shooting war!
  14. Biden's debacle of a pullout not only stranded thousands of Americans and Afghan allies but also effectively armed the Taliban. And the numbers of arms are staggering. The New York Post reports, "The war chest also included the supply of least 600,000 infantry weapons — including M16 assault rifles — as well as 162,000 pieces of communication equipment and 16,000 night-vision goggles." The Hill notes that "from 2017 to 2019, the United States also gave Afghan forces 7,035 machine guns, 4,702 Humvees, 20,040 hand grenades, 2,520 bombs and 1,394 grenade launchers, among other equipment, according to a report last year from the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR)." This is all now in the hands of the Taliban. The massive weapons cache taken by the Taliban is significant not simply for its military value but also the psychological messaging, a point the Taliban sought to drive home with a photo of Taliban fighters dressed in U.S. military fatigues planting a Taliban flag, mocking the iconic photo of U.S. Marines raising the American flag on Iwo Jima. This is the Taliban saying it not only defeated the U.S. but has also humiliated America by looting us on the way out. Biden has now effectively armed the Taliban for decades to come. Rather than protecting Americans and U.S. interests, Biden has aided terrorists and made the world a more dangerous place for Americans and our allies. Sadly, that reality has been brought home almost immediately with the bombing attack in Kabul that took the lives of at least 13 U.S. Armed Forces Patriots.
  15. What is it about having it shipped to you makes you feel that way?
  16. I think I will take her out with me a few times. I'm just worried she may get bored and turned off to bow hunting if we don't see anything. I was thinking about taking here squirrel hunting, as she like's shooting guns as well. She loves the .410 single shot and the lever gun loaded with .38 special rounds. She can't hit anything with either of them because the stocks are too long, but she loves to shoot them. I let her play with some of my duck and goose calls and she liked that. She did the crow call and the deer grunt pretty good too. I gave her the coyote "dying rabbit" call to try and she thought it was hilarious. Every time she called with it she laughed out loud for twice as long as the call screeched, but she kept calling with it over and over. She kept expecting a coyote to come into the yard and I kept expecting my neighbor living 500 yards away to come over looking to see if I was killing the kid. LOL! I was laughing myself silly. Good times.
  17. I figured that movie had an impact on girls in archery. I'm glad it did. My granddaugter has never seen it though. But she has been into karate for 2 years now and archery has been discussed in her classes. Plus she has always gawked at all of my archery equipment. I look forward to hunting with her in a few years.
  18. This is my 8 year old granddaughter Cadence. She has become obsessed with archery and wants to shoot her bow all the time. She's getting pretty good on the ten yard paper plate with that youth recurve and no sights. As the bow hunting season gets closer and she sees me getting ready for it, she's telling me she wants to go bow hunting for deer. I've been telling her she is too young yet, but she can tag along with me if she can keep quiet and still. So far, she has not demonstrated she can do that. I'll let her keep practicing and encourage her to do so while I'm bow hunting, but this little girl has a fire in her that guarantees she will be bow hunting as soon as the law allows her to, provided Grampa thinks she is ready.
