Think beyond your hate or love for President Trump. The only President that has been impeached twice. The latest is just a message to anyone that may want to run in the future. The message is that if you are not part of the corrupted ring of politicians (both parties included) they will destroy you. Think about the consequences of these acts against a President. Going forward not one person that is not an insider will dare to run. Forget Trump this is a threat to anyone of integrity. You are either with the corrupt circle or else.

McConnell just told the house he dismissed the Senate and they won't be returning until after inauguration day. So he isn't on board with an impeachment. Are the leftists going to impeach after Trump leaves office? Probably, but McConnell will likely not support that effort either.

The inauguration may be a problem and the military is duty bound to defend it, as they should. That's not going to be the issue. The issue will arise when the Biden/Harris administration begins to push unconstitutional mandates on the people and illegal, oppressive, unconstitutional diktats and executive orders that cause a revolt. The military will be duty bound to defend the public from such unlawful orders. If they fail to do so, there will be violence the likes of which this country hasn't seen since the first civil war.

Without all of the facts ahead of the short version, all of our leftist members would simply write it off as opinion. They can fact check what is in the OP to their hearts content, but will probably still adhere to their brainwashed beliefs. But they won't be able to say they weren't warned.

Trump's legacy will be the President that most stood up to an out of control bureaucracy, corruption at the federal level and leftist politicians who sold America out, and was crucified by those people, because they were more sinister than anyone imagined.
