  1. Anyone have experience with blood tracking flashlights? Last year I shot a doe right below my stand and couldn't find her before the coyotes did. I've always known I'm red/green color blind and am curious if the blood tracking lights will help at all. I've bought a couple primos blood hunter lights with the different colored led's. Also bought some of that luminol spray that's supposed to foam up fluorescent blue upon contact with blood. Any other color blind hunters know if these lights or the spray will help? I'll be hunting with my grandfather soon but he's color blind too so won't be much help tracking. Thanks.
  2. I bought the extremes but haven't taken a shot yet. The 2.3 inch cut is nice, but for me the deciding factor was that the extremes have a more rigid shock collar. No more o-rings coming loose or breaking when taking the arrow out of the quiver or mid flight. Had that happen last year with regular rage 2 blades and it really impacted arrow flight.
  3. Probably a shot in the dark, but if you happen to be traveling soon remember that NY accepts safety courses from other states. I took both the general hunter safety course and the bow safety course in Florida and had no problem getting my NY license.
