I had 6 does in front of me last week all with fawns. Keep in mind that the bucks are gonna be looking for those does in a couple of weeks. No does on ur property means no bucks!! Let Them gooooo

I hunt 4o and 4r and spend a lot of time in the woods and have never heard them or seen them yet.

I believe that in the month of October during bow season u do not need a reservation. Starting nov.1 u only need to report to rocky point check in daily. However, u do need a seasonal access permit to hunt which is good for 3 yrs. u can find it here. http://www.dec.ny.gov/docs/regions_pdf/newaccessprmt.pdf -
Had 6 does bedded down in front of my stand all morning. No bucks, no chasing yet. Hopefully do better out east Friday
