Hmmm. I don't mind using shotgun. I wonder If theres a farmer looking to manage some of the does around there. DEC seems to think they need to thin the herd as they were offering a lot of permits in that area.

I don't think you'll be disappointed with the muzzy's. they are indestructible and unstoppable in my opinion. They have worked well for me.

Hello everyone ! New to the site. I am 43 years old and been hunting almost 30 years. Love to get outdoors and enjoy nature. I have a 9 year old son who loves to get out there with me when he can as well. I hunt public land in area 6. On occasion ( 1or2 days a year) get together with a couple guys and hunt 7r. If anyone know some land in 7h to hunt I'd appreciate that info as well. Looking forward to chatting with everyone ! Thanks !

Hello all ! New to the forum but wish I found it years ago ! A lot of good information. Anyhow, are there any areas available in 7h to hunt deer ? Or anyone I could contact regarding some property to hunt ? I'm from the north country (new York ) and would like to hunt the southern season as well. I'm 43 years old and been hunting almost 30 years and am responsible,safe and a humane hunter. Thanks for any info. Don
